Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you are paying for

A Region Beacon business listing costs $14.99 per month, or $149 per year. Every new business starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends without paying anything.

Billing

• Your card is first charged when the free trial ends.
• After that it renews automatically until you cancel — every month on the same date on the monthly plan, or every year on the same date on the annual plan.
• Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable tax is added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.

How to cancel

Open your business dashboard and choose Manage billing, which opens Stripe's billing portal, then click Cancel. You can also email support@regionbeacon.com and we will cancel it for you.

There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Cancel any time.

What happens when you cancel

Your listing stays live through the end of the period you already paid for. After that it stops appearing in search results. Your account and your data are kept, so you can restart later without re-entering everything.

Refunds

• During the free trial: nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
• Within 14 days of your first charge: email us and we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked.
• Charged by mistake — for example a renewal after you cancelled, or a duplicate charge: we refund it in full, whenever you notice.
• If the site was unusable for a significant part of a billing period due to an outage on our side, email us and we will credit or refund that period.
• Otherwise, monthly charges are not prorated or refunded partway through a period, since your listing stays live for the rest of it.

We do not refund based on how many customer leads you did or did not receive. We sell placement in the directory, not a guaranteed volume of work.

How to request a refund

Email support@regionbeacon.com from the address on your account and tell us which charge you mean. We respond within 3 business days, and approved refunds return to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Price changes

If we change the subscription price we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel before the new price applies.
