In Short: What You Need To Know
- A Region Beacon business subscription is $14.99 per month, or $149 per year. That is the whole cost — there is no commission on your jobs.
- There is no free trial. Your card is charged the day you subscribe and your business goes live the same day.
- All payments are final. We do not refund a subscription charge once it has been made, including the first one.
- Charged by mistake — a duplicate, or a renewal after you had already cancelled? That is our error, and we refund it in full.
- No cancellation fee and no minimum term. Cancel any time and you are not charged again; your subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- You are paying for exposure and tools, not a promised result. We do not guarantee a number of customers, enquiries or jobs.

What you are paying for
A Region Beacon business subscription costs $14.99 per month, or $149 per year. It puts your business in front of customers looking for your kind of work and gives you the tools to win it:
- a public business profile, shown in search and on the live map to customers in your service area;
- customer requests broadcast live to you when they match your trade and area;
- direct contact details, messaging, quotes and bookings with the customers who reach you;
- the business dashboard and AI tools that come with the plan.
There is no free trial — your card is charged when you subscribe, and your business goes live the same day.
What you get from it depends on your market, your trade and how you run your profile. We do not promise or guarantee any number of customers, enquiries, jobs or any amount of revenue.
At launch we are running a promotion: with the code LAUNCH499 the first month is $4.99 for the first month, then $14.99 per month. The code applies once per business and cannot be used again on a second signup or a re-subscription.
Billing
- Your card is charged when you subscribe. Nothing is charged before you confirm.
- After that it renews automatically until you cancel — every month on the same date on the monthly plan, or every year on the same date on the annual plan.
- If you used the launch promotion, the discount applies to the first month only. Every renewal after that is the regular price.
- Prices are in US dollars. Any applicable tax is added at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.
How to cancel
Open your business dashboard and choose Manage billing, which opens Stripe's billing portal, then click Cancel. You can also email [email protected] and we will cancel it for you.
There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Cancel before your next renewal date and you will not be charged again.
What happens when you cancel
Your business stays live through the end of the period you already paid for. After that it stops appearing in search results. Your account and your data are kept, so you can restart later without re-entering everything.
Refunds
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including the first charge, the launch-promotion month, annual plans, and any unused part of a period after you cancel. Charges are not prorated.
The one exception is a charge that should not have happened at all — a duplicate charge, or a renewal taken after you had already cancelled. That is our mistake, and we refund it in full. Email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us which charge you mean; we respond within 3 business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the law that cannot be waived.
Price changes
If we change the subscription price we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel before the new price applies.
